We went to dinner at a place called PROOF. It was really good and I loved the artwork and penguins!!!  After dinner we went to the Lion King at the Kentucky Center. It was the best show I’ve ever seen! My friend Baylor went to the Lion King on Friday. He thought it was good, but it was a little scary. I thought it was phenomolis! My favorite part was when Simba killed Scar because Scar was mean and killed his father.

My favorite character was Little Simba. My mom’s favorite character was the Monkey Witch Doctor and she LOVED her voice. My mom cried during the beginning and when Mufasa died at the end. I really loved when the animals came right by my chair. Me and my mom had the greatest seats. Simba was staring right at me while he was on stage. He came down the steps right down our aisle, and passed right by me and looked at me!

My second favorite character was Zazu because he made me laugh so hard and loud and he was a dedicated friend to Mufasa and family.

Me and my mom really really enjoyed the play and we thank Uncle Tom & Uncle Slade for treating us to dinner at such a fancy restaurant and for letting me review The Lion King.
