2 lbs lean sirloin buffalo steak (1" chunks)
1 C dry sherry
1/4 C vegetable oil
3 Tbls onion soup mix
1/2 tsp dried crushed thyme
1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper
1 small clove garlic, minced
zucchini (1" chunks)
green or red pepper (1/2" slices)
onions, whole mushrooms & cherry tomatoes
Combine sherry, oil, garlic and dry ingredients in bowl. Add meat and stir to coat. Cover and marinate at room temperature for two hours, or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain meat, reserving marinade. Build your kabobs, using skewers, alternating meat with vegetables. (Save tomatoes for last) Grill for 8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes brushing with marinade as you turn. After removing from grill, add a cherry tomato to each skewer.
